Requirements
- JD from an ABA-accredited law school.
- Admitted to practice in at least one state.
- 5+ years of litigation experience.
- Strong discovery experience required.
- Experience with multi-jurisdictional litigation or national claims programs preferred.
- Background in transportation, logistics, or related regulatory frameworks preferred.
- Familiarity with e-commerce or gig economy legal issues is a plus.
- Proven ability to manage high-volume work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong client counseling and relationship management skills.
- Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
- Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
- Advanced technical proficiency with litigation and discovery tools.
Education
- JD from an ABA-accredited law school.
