This key role is designed for an experienced immigration attorney to provide comprehensive legal guidance and representation for clients navigating complex immigration issues. The attorney will be responsible for managing a variety of cases, mentoring junior staff, and providing strategic legal advice to ensure clients achieve their immigration goals.

Duties:

• Represent clients in immigration matters, including visa applications, green card processes, citizenship petitions, and more.

• Prepare, file, and manage immigration petitions, applications, and appeals, ensuring compliance with deadlines and legal requirements.

• Conduct legal research and remain current on developments in immigration law to adapt strategies accordingly.

• Supervise and mentor junior attorneys and support staff, offering guidance in case management and legal procedures.

• Engage directly with clients to assess needs, offer regular case updates, and ensure top-tier service.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

• Active license to practice law in any federal jurisdiction.

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in immigration law.

• Fluency in Spanish.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited institution.

Certifications:

• Must hold an active license to practice law in a federal jurisdiction.

Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to assess complex immigration issues and craft effective legal strategies.
