The role will involve handling complex legal matters related to consumer credit collections, foreclosure proceedings, litigation support, and other legal services. The ideal candidate will possess strong legal expertise, effective communication skills, and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced environment.

Duties:

• Manage assigned cases using the firm's case management and reporting software.
• Represent clients in court, including making appearances and potential travel.
• Provide legal services in consumer credit collections, foreclosure matters, and creditor rights.
• Ensure compliance with state laws and the Fair Debt Collection Practices Act (FDCPA).
• Maintain proactive and consistent communication with clients, delivering exceptional service.
• Collaborate with legal teams to drive successful case outcomes.
• Stay updated on legal regulations and industry trends affecting clients.

Requirements:

• Active Bar License in Nevada (required).
• Multi-state licensure is strongly preferred.
• In-depth understanding of state laws regarding consumer credit collections.
• Knowledge of FDCPA and relevant legal practices.
• Proven ability to manage a high volume of cases.
• Strong client management skills with a focus on superior client care.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active Bar License in Nevada (required).
• Licensure in multiple states is a plus.
