Duties

• Collaborate with shareholders on various projects.
• Participate in business development initiatives.
• Engage in client-facing activities.
• Handle debt and equity offerings, M&A transactions, and SEC compliance.

Requirements

• 3-6 years of experience in corporate, securities, capital markets, and M&A at an AM Law 100 firm.
• Strong transactional skills and experience with debt and equity offerings.
• Experience with SEC compliance and reporting.
• Prior experience with securitizations and aviation clients is an asset.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.

Education

• J.D. degree with strong academic credentials.

Certifications

• Admitted and in good standing in Illinois, New York, District of Columbia, or Florida.
