Requirements

• Active membership in the California State Bar, in good standing.
• Preferred: One to two years of civil litigation experience.
• Excellent legal writing, research, and analytical skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines independently.
• Effective verbal communication and negotiation skills.
• Professional judgment and proactive case management approach.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active California State Bar membership.
