The attorney will focus on defending automobile manufacturers, distributors, and dealers in warranty actions. Duties

• Defend clients in warranty litigation cases.
• Conduct trials and arbitrations, including opening statements and closing arguments.
• Examine witnesses and engage in motion practice.
• Handle depositions and mediations effectively.
• Perform legal research and draft legal documents.
• Negotiate settlements and agreements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of litigation practice experience.
• Extensive trial and arbitration experience.
• Exceptional advocacy, research, writing, and negotiation skills.
• Strong academic credentials.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in California.
