The attorney will focus on defending automobile manufacturers, distributors, and dealers in warranty actions. Candidates must be licensed and in good standing with the California Bar.

Duties

• Defend clients in warranty actions involving automobile manufacturers, distributors, and dealers.
• Conduct trials and arbitrations, including delivering opening statements and closing arguments.
• Examine witnesses and engage in motion practice, depositions, and mediations.
• Perform legal research and draft legal documents.
• Negotiate settlements and agreements.

Requirements

• Licensed and in good standing with the California Bar.
• Extensive trial and arbitration experience.
• Strong advocacy, research, writing, and negotiation skills.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized with a solid work ethic.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
