Duties

• Represent lenders, sponsors, and developers in structuring, negotiating, and documenting complex financing arrangements.
• Engage in project finance transactions, including construction and term financing, tax equity, and structured finance arrangements.
• Manage transaction workflows, including real property, UCC, and security interest matters.
• Supervise junior associates and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Requirements

• Over three years of relevant legal experience.
• Experience with project finance and energy transition matters.
• Familiarity with renewable energy projects and related tax credit structures preferred.
• Strong analytical and drafting skills.
• Excellent client-relations abilities.
• Admitted or eligible for admission in the jurisdiction of the office location.
