Duties

• Work on projects involving machine learning, artificial intelligence, and neural networks.
• Handle matters related to radio frequency circuitry.
• Engage in hardware and communications security, including encryption and decryption.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in patent preparation and prosecution.
• J.D. and active bar admission in the practicing jurisdiction.
• Admission to the USPTO.

Education

• Degree in electrical engineering, computer engineering, software engineering, computer science, or physics.

Certifications

• Admission to the USPTO.

Skills

• Strong writing and communication abilities.
• Experience in patent prosecution for electrical engineering or software technologies.
