This full-time role is ideal for a motivated attorney who thrives in client-facing environments and has experience evaluating claims and negotiating settlements. The attorney will be responsible for managing cases before they enter litigation, communicating directly with clients, and working toward favorable outcomes.

Location:

Duties:

• Conduct client meetings to review case facts and build strong attorney-client relationships

• Provide updates to clients throughout the pre-litigation process

• Evaluate personal injury claims and determine case value

• Negotiate with insurance companies on claims, demands, and offers

• Collaborate with legal support staff to manage caseload efficiently

• Maintain detailed records of case progress and correspondence

Requirements:

• Experience evaluating personal injury claims

• Ability to manage a high-volume caseload effectively

• Strong interpersonal skills and a client-centered approach

• Willingness to work collaboratively in a team environment

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active member of the Georgia Bar in good standing

• Willingness to obtain Georgia Bar admission if not currently licensed
