Duties:

• Guide high-level clients through complex tax-driven corporate transactions

• Provide strategic support on federal tax structuring, planning, and controversy matters

• Collaborate directly with senior partners on multi-faceted business engagements

• Contribute to the development of a high-performance legal team in a detail-focused setting

• Navigate shifting priorities with urgency, precision, and leadership initiative

Requirements:

• Minimum of 4 years of experience in a law firm or accounting firm focusing on tax matters

• Licensed, or eligible for licensing, to practice law in the State of Ohio

• Demonstrated ability to manage sophisticated transactions independently

• Strong inclination toward leadership, business development, and client engagement

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Admission to the Ohio State Bar or eligibility for reciprocal admission
