A law firm seeks an experienced lateral attorney to join its Tax Credit Finance practice in Spokane, WA. The successful candidate will collaborate with seasoned partners in a growing practice that spans nationwide deals involving partnerships, corporations, tax credits, real estate, and secured lending.

Duties

Requirements

• Active bar license in good standing in the office location.
• Minimum of 6 years' experience in tax, partnerships, corporations, real estate, or secured lending.
• Preference for candidates with a portable book of business.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Admitted to practice law in the relevant jurisdiction.
