Duties

• Litigate cases in court and draft legal pleadings for multiple jurisdictions.
• Field calls and messages from clients and case defendants.
• Regularly interact with opposing counsel.
• Participate in training, coaching, and mentoring by seasoned lawyers.

Requirements

• Experience in civil litigation, moot court, or debate.
• Strong analytical, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
• Positive attitude and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Licensed to practice in Washington state.
• License to practice in Idaho or fluency in Spanish is advantageous but not required.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Valid Bar license in Washington state.
