The candidate will be responsible for the overall coordination of the referral source contracting approval process through the compliance and corporate level. Establishes and maintains quality control and integrity of existing contract packets as well as reviewing and tracking the flow of the approval process. Communicates well with others and presents a positive image to WellStar executives, hospital staff and vendors. Clear, concise and persuasive writing skills. Should have Associates degree in business or 3+ years in a previous paralegal/legal assistant position; or related field with 3 years experience in a related healthcare setting. Must have 2 years of previous paralegal contracting/compliance healthcare experience. should have skills in use of information systems, databases, Excel and Microsoft Word.
