The candidate will handle motor vehicle liability (MVA)/automobile accident cases, including trial preparation, depositions leading to trial, complicated settlements, and in-court jury and bench trials, representing plaintiff clients in Irvine, Orange County, CA, and the areas surrounding Orange County. Responsible for the day-to-day handling of motor vehicle accident cases in litigation in and around Irvine and in Orange County areas in Southern California. Draft and file litigation documents to include pleadings, discovery requests, discovery responses, demands, motions, and memoranda of law. Guide plaintiff clients through the case process. Interact with expert witnesses to include conferences and drafting of expert reports and affidavits. Attend and prepare for depositions, mediations, hearings, and court appearances on behalf of plaintiffs. Must be an active member in good standing with the California Bar Association.
