Duties

• Manage trust and estate litigation matters independently and collaboratively from start to finish.
• Develop and execute litigation strategy across contested trust, probate, and estate disputes.
• Maintain ownership and responsibility for your caseload.
• Ideally bring an existing book of business or portable cases to the firm.
• Work alongside a professional, experienced administrative and legal support team.

Requirements

• Licensed attorney in the State of California.
• Substantial experience in trust and estate litigation, probate litigation, or fiduciary disputes.
• Proven ability to manage cases independently from inception through resolution.
• Strategic, competitive, and results-driven litigator.
• Professional, respectful, and collaborative in all interactions.
• Entrepreneurial mindset.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• Valid Bar license in California.
