• Monitor progress and develop strategies for file resolution.
• Review conditions precedent to filing actions, including documents and financials.
• Draft and review pleadings and correspondence.
• Update internal systems with findings and recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with foreclosure, bankruptcy, and collections requirements.
• Handle contested matters, including discovery and trials.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of litigation or collections experience.
• Ability to prioritize workloads and meet deadlines.
• Strong interpersonal and analytical skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Bar membership in North Carolina.

Education

• Juris Doctor

Certifications

• Bar membership in North Carolina
