Duties

• Present cases to judges and juries, and negotiate settlements.

• Perform administrative and managerial functions related to legal practice.

Requirements

• Minimum of three years of litigation experience.
• At least one year of experience in First Party Property Insurance Defense.
• Strong detail-orientation and analytical skills.
• Excellent research and writing abilities.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to the Florida Bar.
