Assistant General Counsel

The candidate will consult with USIS leaders, sales, and other stakeholders on customer facing transactions within the standard Equifax business and risk framework. Concisely communicates the identification of issues and solutions to stakeholders and customers. Execute drafting and negotiation of complex customer facing commercial agreements, including master services agreements, statements of work, licenses, non-disclosure agreements, and other supporting documents. Manage competing priorities and to multi-task in a fast paced, demanding environment. Consistently demonstrates ability to exercise sound, practical business judgment while working autonomously. Proactively conceptualizes and articulates pragmatic/creative legal and business solutions to complex legal and business challenges. Work cross-functionally on projects and initiatives to promote continuous improvement of Legal service delivery within EFX. Should have a law degree from ABA accredited law school and membership in good standing of any State Bar; the State Bar of Georgia is preferred. Should have 5+ years of relevant experience. Experience working in data, analytics, professional services, technology or financial services industries. Prior experience working in a large firm and/or corporation.
