Requirements

• Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in Trusts and Estates, Estate Planning, Probate, or Elder Law preferred.
• Licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania with no disciplinary actions.
• Ability to manage estate planning matters and related court appearances independently.
• Stay informed about changes in estate planning laws and best practices.
• Reliable travel throughout Southeastern Pennsylvania as needed.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
