Requirements

• Eight years of progressively responsible experience at an international law firm.
• Experience in corporate M&A law and advising on joint ventures and investment transactions.
• Admitted to practice law in the State of New York.
• Experience advising on legal and regulatory compliance, including securities laws.
• Ability to research, draft, and negotiate legal documents.
• Experience structuring and executing strategic transactions.

Education

• L.L.M or foreign equivalent.

Certifications

• Admitted to the practice of law in New York State.
