Duties

• Advise clients on private securities offerings and securitization.
• Engage in general bank lending, including syndicated and asset-backed lending.
• Collaborate with team members on complex financial transactions.
• Provide legal counsel on CLO, ABS, and CMBS matters.

Requirements

• 2-6+ years of relevant legal experience.
• Excellent academic credentials.
• Solid law firm work experience.
• CLO, ABS, and/or CMBS experience is a plus.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admitted to the New York State Bar.
