Duties

• Litigate federal administrative claims from inception through resolution.
• Prepare cases for formal federal administrative proceedings.
• Represent clients and conduct hearings before Administrative Law Judges.
• Draft motions, briefs, and legal memoranda regarding federal acts.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Active State Bar license in good standing (any U.S. state).
• Experience with LHWCA, DBA, or the Administrative Procedure Act preferred.
• Strong oral advocacy, legal research, and writing skills.

Education
