Attorney - Legal Services

Candidate will perform a variety of functions in the department’s Office of Legal Affairs, including processing Public Records Act requests, legal research and writing, advising on labor and employment law matters, the attorney is expected to maintain regular and reliable attendance, work independently with little supervision, and exercise a high degree of sound judgment and discretion. Perform legal research and provide oral and written advice to the Executive Office and department staff on legal matters pertaining to the department. Membership in The State Bar of California License is required.
