Location:

Duties:

• Handle a wide range of commercial litigation matters

• Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and discovery documents

• Participate in depositions, hearings, and trial preparation

• Work closely with senior attorneys and clients on case strategy and development

• Manage multiple litigation matters simultaneously and efficiently

Requirements:

• Minimum of 4 years of commercial litigation experience in a large law firm setting

• Strong understanding of commercial disputes and civil procedure

• Demonstrated ability to handle substantive legal work with minimal supervision

• Commitment to professionalism, ethics, and client service

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

• Excellent academic credentials preferred

Certifications:

• Admission to the Ohio Bar required

• Federal court admission a plus
