A law firm seeks a Transactional Attorney in Los Angeles, CA. The ideal candidate will be a self-motivated, analytical team player with excellent writing skills, providing legal counsel in real estate law, corporate governance, and construction/business contracts. Duties

• Prepare and negotiate policies, notices, opinion letters, and contracts.
• Provide general guidance on real estate law, corporate governance, and construction/business contracts.
• Draft Articles of Incorporation, By-laws, and Board Resolutions.
• Prepare real estate documents and Community Association Loan Packaging.
• Draft Cease and Desist letters, Voting Guidelines, and ensure statutory compliance.
• Collaborate with homeowner associations and mixed-use developments.
• Engage in public speaking or teaching law-related subjects.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in transactional law.
• Ability to work well with others and under pressure.
• Experience writing articles for publication and marketing.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in California.
