Duties

• Manage court appearances and client updates.
• Conduct discovery and depositions.
• Prepare and argue motions.
• Participate in mediations and pre-trial preparations.
• Potentially prepare for and participate in trials.

Requirements

• Licensed attorney with the State Bar of California.
• 2-3 years of civil litigation experience preferred.
• Experience in drafting and arguing motions.
• Experience in taking and defending depositions.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

Certifications

• State Bar of California license.
