The candidate will work in family business succession planning, estate, and gift tax planning and administration, and special needs planning. The role includes working with nonprofit institutions, providing advice regarding charitable trusts and endowments, representing individuals and families in estate settlements, managing trust administration, and handling guardianship and conservatorship proceedings. LLM and strong community ties are a plus. Should have a Law degree. Must have experience and strong professional and academic credentials, as well as excellent analytical, writing, communication, and client advocacy skills. An entrepreneurial spirit and business acumen are essential.
