A law firm seeks an Associate Attorney in its Denver, Colorado office to join its active Litigation practice. This position is ideal for an attorney with 3-5 years of experience in business, commercial, and real estate litigation. The role involves collaboration with partners, associates, and clients in both federal and state courts within Colorado and beyond.

Duties

• Manage a broad range of complex litigation matters in federal and state courts, as well as arbitration forums.
• Handle all aspects of commercial litigation, including motions, discovery, court appearances, depositions, and witness preparation.
• Draft and argue dispositive motions.

Requirements

• Desire to take on substantive and leading roles in cases, including attendance at hearings, depositions, and trials.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills, along with exceptional research abilities.
• Strategic and analytical mindset with a commitment to excellence and professionalism.

Education

• Admitted to practice in Colorado with an active bar license in good standing required.
• 3-5 years of experience in business or commercial litigation preferred.

Certifications
