Duties:

• Provide general corporate legal counsel, advising clients on business operations, compliance, and legal risks.
• Manage transactions related to banking, finance, M&A, and corporate governance, ensuring compliance with applicable laws.
• Conduct legal research, draft legal documents, and develop strategies to address client needs.
• Foster and maintain strong relationships with clients, offering timely and effective communication.
• Collaborate with team members to manage multiple projects and meet client deadlines.

Requirements:

• Juris Doctorate Degree from an accredited law school, with strong academic credentials.
• Minimum of 3-7 years of experience in a law firm setting, with a focus on business and finance law.
• Demonstrated ability to manage various projects simultaneously, with exceptional organizational skills.
• Strong analytical, research, and verbal communication abilities.
• A valid license to practice law in Massachusetts; membership in the Massachusetts Bar is required, with additional state admissions considered a plus.

Education:

• Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
