A highly respected civil litigation law firm is currently seeking a Civil Litigation Attorney with a minimum of 3 years of experience to join its growing team in Las Vegas, NV. This position offers hands-on opportunities for court appearances, depositions, mediations, and potential trial work. Location

Duties

• Manage civil litigation cases from inception through resolution

• Conduct legal research and case analysis

• Draft pleadings, discovery responses, motions, and other legal documents

• Take and defend depositions

• Attend hearings, mediations, arbitrations, and trials

• Collaborate with legal teams and support staff

• Maintain consistent communication with clients and opposing counsel

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of civil litigation experience

• Demonstrated ability to manage litigation independently

• Strong analytical, negotiation, and case evaluation skills

• Effective verbal and written communication skills

• Detail-oriented with the ability to meet deadlines

Education

• Bachelor’s degree

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited U.S. law school

Certifications

• Licensed and in good standing with the California State Bar

• Nevada Bar license a plus

• Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills

• Confidence in court and with client interactions

• Team-oriented with a proactive and adaptable approach

• Competent with case management software and remote collaboration tools
