A leading Nevada-based law firm is seeking a driven and detail-oriented Associate Attorney to join its Industrial Litigation practice in Las Vegas. The firm represents a diverse client base, including employers, insurers, and third-party administrators in complex litigation and regulatory matters. Location:

• Las Vegas, Nevada

Duties:

• Represent clients in court proceedings and administrative hearings, both virtually and in person

• Draft legal documents, pleadings, and correspondence

• Conduct legal research and provide strategic counsel on complex cases

• Use electronic case management system (e.g., Filevine) to maintain accurate and organized case files

• Communicate regularly with clients to develop legal strategies and provide updates

• Stay informed on relevant Nevada statutes, regulations, and legal trends

• Manage multiple cases under strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment

• Meet or exceed monthly billing requirements through electronic billing software

Requirements:

• Active member in good standing with the State Bar of Nevada

• Litigation or administrative law experience (preferred)

• Demonstrated interest in industrial relations law or administrative litigation

• Familiarity with case management and electronic billing software

• Strong ability to work independently and as part of a team

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Nevada State Bar admission (required)
