Duties

• Negotiate credit agreements and collateral documents for energy and infrastructure projects.
• Engage in US project financing of energy and infrastructure projects.
• Participate in Holdco financing of energy and infrastructure projects.
• Conduct US tax equity financings of energy and energy transition projects.
• Manage construction to back-leverage financing.

Requirements

• Substantial experience in negotiating credit agreements and collateral documents.
• Admission to the Texas bar is required.
• Preferred class years are 2022-2018.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Licensed to practice law in Texas.
