The Los Angeles office of JMBM seeks an associate with 2 to 3 years of experience to join the firm's Labor and Employment department. In addition to a strong employment litigation background, experience in providing employment law advice and client counseling is required. Traditional labor law experience (NLRB, PERB, grievances/arbitrations and support for collective bargaining) is desired. Candidates must be admitted to the State Bar of California. A technical degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering or Computer Science is preferred. Candidates must be admitted to the USPTO and be a member of the California Bar.
