Duties

Requirements

• Minimum of 7 years of experience in financial services regulatory and compliance.
• Experience with banks, fintech companies, and virtual currency platforms.
• Knowledge of BSA/AML, BHCA, IBA, and other key financial regulations.
• Strong academic background and legal writing skills.
• Admission to or eligibility for admission in the relevant jurisdiction.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.

Certifications

• Bar admission in relevant jurisdiction.

Skills

• Excellent legal research and analytical skills.
• Strong attention to detail and client service orientation.
• Fluency in Spanish is a plus.
