• Oversee data rooms and due diligence processes.
• Negotiate third-party financing and document transactions.
• Prepare documents for mergers, acquisitions, and reorganizations.
• Draft legal opinions for real estate closings.
• Manage closings of multi-property portfolios.

Requirements

• Admitted to the California State Bar.
• Over 10 years of experience in commercial real estate and corporate law.
• Proficient in analyzing, negotiating, and drafting legal documents.
• Ability to manage multiple transactions independently.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active California State Bar license.
