Job Overview:

A West Palm Beach-based law firm is seeking a detail-oriented and client-driven Pre-Litigation Attorney to support injured clients through the legal process before litigation. This role focuses on advocating for individuals in auto accidents and premises liability matters, emphasizing client communication, case strategy, and early resolution. Ideal candidates will bring deep compassion for injury victims, legal acumen in personal injury law, and the ability to manage high caseloads efficiently.

Duties:

• Provide injured clients with proactive legal support and strategic guidance

• Conduct client meetings to gather facts, assess case strength, and explain legal options

• Communicate regularly with clients regarding case updates and expected outcomes

• Draft and review pleadings, legal correspondence, and other documents with accuracy

• Advise on the execution of settlements and other pre-litigation agreements

• Maintain awareness of relevant legislative updates and procedural changes

• Build trust-based client relationships grounded in responsiveness and transparency

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the timely progression of cases

Requirements:

• Licensed to practice law in the State of Florida

• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in personal injury law

• Familiarity with auto accidents and premises liability cases

• Understanding of state and federal legal procedures, documentation, and court rules

• Demonstrated professionalism and strong advocacy in client representation

• Bilingual fluency in Spanish is a plus

Education:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active membership in good standing with the Florida Bar

Skills:

• Exceptional written and oral communication abilities

Job Location:
