Requirements

• JD or LLM degree from an accredited law school.
• Active membership in any state bar association.
• 2+ years of experience in immigration law practice.
• Proficiency in English and Turkish languages.
• Experience in client representation before government agencies and in court.
• Exceptional research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Experience managing and supervising legal support staff is a plus.

Education

• JD or LLM degree from an accredited law school.
