A law firm seeks a Senior Estate Planning Attorney in Las Vegas, NV. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience with wills, trusts, tax strategies, and client counseling. This role involves working with high-net-worth individuals, business owners, and families to develop personalized estate plans while collaborating with a professional legal team.

Duties

• Design and implement customized estate plans, including revocable living trusts, wills, and advance health care directives.
• Draft and implement complex irrevocable trusts and advanced planning structures for tax mitigation and asset protection.
• Provide advice on trust and estate administration, probate, and related tax matters.
• Conduct client consultations and explain estate planning concepts clearly.
• Stay current on federal and Nevada-specific laws impacting estate, tax, and trust planning.
• Collaborate with paralegals, associate attorneys, and other team members to deliver exceptional client service.

Requirements

• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in Nevada.
• 5+ years of experience in estate planning and asset protection; business law experience a plus.
• Strong drafting skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized and capable of managing multiple matters independently.
• Team-oriented and committed to continuous learning and client care.

Education

• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active license to practice law in Nevada.

Skills

• Experience with trust administration and/or probate litigation.
• Comfort with WealthCounsel or other estate planning software.
• Bilingual (English and Spanish).
