A law firm seeks a Senior Estate Planning Attorney in Henderson, NV. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in estate planning, including wills, trusts, and tax strategies, and will work with high-net-worth clients to develop personalized estate plans.

Duties

• Design and implement customized estate plans, including living trusts and wills.
• Draft and implement complex irrevocable trusts for tax mitigation and asset protection.
• Advise on trust and estate administration, probate, and tax matters.
• Conduct client consultations and explain estate planning concepts clearly.
• Stay current on federal and Nevada-specific estate, tax, and trust laws.
• Collaborate with paralegals and associate attorneys to deliver exceptional service.

Requirements

• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in Nevada.
• 5+ years of experience in estate planning and asset protection.
• Strong drafting skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized and capable of managing multiple matters independently.
• Team-oriented and committed to continuous learning and client care.
• Experience with trust administration and/or probate litigation.
• Comfort with estate planning software.
• Bilingual (English and Spanish) preferred.

Education

• J.D. from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active license to practice law in Nevada.
