Duties

• Advise clients on transactions involving new markets, historic rehabilitation, and renewable energy investment tax credits.
• Draft and review legal documents related to tax credit transactions.
• Collaborate with a team to develop innovative solutions for clients.
• Conduct thorough legal research and analysis.

Requirements

• Seven or more years of transactional tax experience.
• Experience with NMTCs, HTCs, and RETCs preferred.
• Excellent writing and analytical skills.
• Active license to practice law in the applicable jurisdiction.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active bar membership in good standing.
