A law firm seeks a Business Immigration Associate in New York, NY. The ideal candidate will have five to ten years of experience in business immigration law, including H-1Bs, L-1s, O-1s, TNs, E-3s, I-140s (EB-1 and EB-2/3), and adjustment of status. Experience in drafting PERMs is advantageous. This role involves extensive client interaction with prominent companies and offers the opportunity to expand practice within a leading immigration team.

Duties

• Manage and process various business immigration cases.
• Draft and file petitions and applications for non-immigrant and immigrant visas.
• Communicate effectively with clients to gather necessary information and documents.
• Provide strategic advice to clients on immigration processes and compliance.

Requirements

• Five to ten years of experience in business immigration law.
• Proficiency with H-1Bs, L-1s, O-1s, TNs, E-3s, I-140s, and adjustment of status.
• Experience in drafting PERMs is a plus.
• Strong client management and communication skills.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.

Certifications

• Admission to the bar in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
