A law firm seeks an Employment Litigation Associate to join its team in St. Louis, MO. The successful candidate will engage in defending and litigating a variety of employment-related claims, providing legal counsel to employers, and representing clients in various legal settings.

Duties

• Defend and litigate lawsuits involving employment-related claims and discrimination charges.
• Represent employers in court, before administrative agencies, and in mediations and arbitrations.
• Provide legal advice on labor and employment laws and regulations.

Requirements

• JD from an ABA-accredited law school with excellent academic credentials.
• 3+ years of litigation experience, with a preference for employment law background.
• Active MO bar admission or ability to obtain admission promptly.
• Understanding of court and employment-related agency procedures.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an ABA-accredited law school.

Certifications

• Active Missouri bar admission or eligibility for admission.
