A distinguished law firm is actively seeking a Commercial Real Estate Attorney with 5–10 years of experience to join its legal team in Omaha, Nebraska. Location:

• Omaha, NE

Duties:

• Advise clients on acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, financing, and other real estate matters

• Represent developers, investors, lenders, and commercial tenants in transactional and advisory capacities

• Draft and negotiate real estate contracts and related documentation

• Conduct due diligence, including title review, survey analysis, and environmental assessments

• Provide legal guidance on zoning, permitting, and land use compliance

• Ensure client compliance with applicable real estate and title laws and regulations

• Foster and manage client relationships to promote retention and growth

Requirements:

• 5–10 years of commercial real estate legal experience

• Demonstrated success in handling complex real estate transactions

• Proven ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently and effectively

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school

Certifications:

• Active license or eligibility for admission to the Nebraska Bar

Skills:

• Strong understanding of commercial real estate law and land use regulations

• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and analytical skills

• Effective verbal and written communication

• High attention to detail with the ability to deliver accurate work under pressure

• Ability to operate independently while also collaborating with broader legal and business teams

• Client-focused mindset with a proactive approach to service delivery
