Job Overview
A law firm seeks a dynamic and detail-oriented Real Estate Transaction and Estate Planning Attorney in Miami, FL. This role offers an opportunity to work on diverse real estate transactions and related legal matters in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in real estate transactional law, with estate planning experience preferred.
Duties
- Handle residential and/or commercial real estate transactions from contract to closing.
- Draft and review purchase agreements, leases, contracts, deeds, and related documents.
- Conduct title review and resolve title issues.
- Coordinate and manage real estate closings.
- Advise clients on real estate transactions and related legal matters.
- Draft and review powers of attorney.
- Communicate effectively with clients, lenders, and realtors.
- Ensure compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
Requirements
- Experience in real estate transactional law.
- Estate planning experience preferred.
Education
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree.
Certifications
- Licensed to practice law in the state of Florida.
Skills
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational abilities.
- Proficient in legal research and document drafting.
