Job Overview
A law firm seeks a highly motivated Finance, Bankruptcy & Restructuring Associate to join its Financial Services Team in Denver, CO. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in finance and experience with secured and unsecured credit facilities.

Duties

• Document, negotiate, and close various credit facilities and loan transactions.
• Conduct due diligence for secured and unsecured loans.
• Manage large commercial and corporate lending transactions from inception to post-closing.

Requirements

• 3-5 years of sophisticated finance experience.
• Experience with construction and real estate secured loans preferred.
• Experience with LIHTC or other tax-credit projects is desirable.
• Strong academic credentials and communication skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to client service.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree required.

Certifications

• Bar admission in good standing.

Skills

• Outstanding written and oral communication skills.
• Proven ability to manage complex transactions.
