• Prepare and file motions, pleadings, and correspondence.
• Review discovery and prepare cases for trial.
• Maintain organized case files and manage deadlines.
• Collaborate with firm leadership on case strategy.

Requirements

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Active Virginia Bar license (or pending results).
• Strong courtroom presence and oral advocacy skills.
• Confidence handling high-volume dockets.
• Excellent organization and time management.
• Ability to work independently and take ownership of cases.
• Professionalism under pressure.

Education
