Duties:

• Conduct thorough legal research to support case strategies.
• Draft and review a variety of legal documents, including motions, pleadings, briefs, and correspondence.

• Represent clients in court, including arguing motions during legal proceedings.
• Take and defend depositions (prior experience preferred).

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of relevant experience in pre-trial litigation.
• Admission to practice law in the State of New York.
• Proven ability to handle legal matters independently with minimal supervision.

Education:

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.

Certifications:

• Active membership in the New York State Bar.

Skills:

• Strong legal research and analytical abilities.

• Proven courtroom experience (particularly in pre-trial phases).
