Tax Accountant, Business Tax Advisory (Quantitative Services) (Manager)

The candidate will provide tax guidance and planning for long-term assets, as well as legislative insights into tax policy. Will translate accounting and auditing challenges into effective tax strategies. Prepare effective approaches to clients’ tax needs through automatic and non-automatic accounting method changes. Develop and execute authoritative strategic plans in areas related to federal income taxation. Review and work on a variety of tax and accounting issues, including R&D Credits, Meals & Entertainment, Sec.199, Revenue & Expense Recognition, Sec.174, Cost Segregation, Capitalization & Cost Recovery, Transaction Costs, Lobbying Expense Analysis and Inventory/UNICAP. Communicate and influence intelligent decision making in complex tax areas. Manage and motivate teams with diverse skills and backgrounds. Consistently deliver quality client services by monitoring progress. Demonstrate in-depth technical capabilities and professional knowledge. Maintain long-term client relationships and networks. Cultivate business development opportunities.
