Duties

• Manage a caseload of 40-60 files.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years' hands-on experience in employment and personal injury litigation.
• Strong self-management and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Ability to advocate effectively on behalf of clients.
• Trial experience is a major plus.

Education

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree.

• Licensed to practice law in the state of California.
